Thank you for your feedback. We are working on a lot of business priorities right now. We changed our time off policy to allow more flexibility, allowing associates to plan and take time off throughout the year for personal days, vacation, illness, or other time off needs.

Not many. Very laid back. People who want to relax will enjoy this job. One good thing was No video calls as no camera with desktop. once in a week calls with US team.

Cons

No learning, I left the organisation within one year.
