Pros

Great co-workers, while they stayed. Free coffee and snacks. Up to date PCs.

Cons

Micro-managing CEO. This is a small company with about 30 people. During my 14 month stay, I saw about 20 people quitting or being dismissed. All three co-workers I met during my interview left by the end of my first month. No warning before the dismissals I personally witnessed (including my own).

No sick days, over the top expectations for workers with no payoff, Owners do not trust the employees and most of the time it feels like they could not care less about employees
