Pros
Had a good set of talented, hard working people. Daily interactions were very pleasant and fostered a good environment for productivity.
Cons
Underpaid. Company does not compensate well and only gives raises when people submit resignations. Management had no clear direction nor strategy. Company was burdened with debt and overexposed with public stock at penny pricing.
