Business Outlook
Pros
Enbridge has some of the smartest and most brilliant individuals, most of the new hires are over qualified, makes it a good place for development and challenge. There is always opportunities for training and development.
Cons
Very poor management at the top level, Director level and above, poor decision making, arrogance. And top it all, all these policies of respectful workplace etc..., toilet papers were more valuable to me in my five years there than those policies.
