Depending on where you are working, some floors require more of you, others require potentially less, while those floors that require more of you are run in a chaotic fashion. It's normal to work hard, expect that anywhere, but requirements provided by certain levels of management can be a bit unrealistic. 2 years of constant threat of layoffs and restructuring with no end in sight. A mentality of you should be thankful to have a job, rather than appreciating the work people bring to the table. Very poor culture right now.
