If you were in early -tons of advancement opportunities- simply for just being there and being able to fog a mirror with your breath.

Cons

Tremendous growth bringing reduction in quality at management and exec level. In practice it is just impossible to honour the business mantra "people are our highest priority" when you don't hire persons who actually possess the competencies that are professed to be important. There is just no excuse in the modern world to have poor management. Getting to big and people get lost in the shuffle,

This is a company that really treats it's employee's well. I loved the time I worked there and would go back again in a heart beat.

Cons

There were some times when managers got away with murder. Everyone looked another way.

Dis functional leadership in the IT business unit. Some of the managers and senior managers will stop at nothing to promote themselves.
