Great pay and better benefits. Good work life balance. 2 days work from home. 3 Days in the office. Every other Friday off.

Cons

Maybe not as high as pay as a similar role with and E&P, hey that's the trade off for more security on the midstream side.

Fair pay, on par benefits and pension.

Cons

Poor management. No management training or leadership program required when hiring these managers. Totalitarianism to the nth level. 3rd world mentality. The best folks always end up leaving the company to join competitors or other top companies where their contribution is valued.
