      Good pay/benefits but almost not worth the toxic environment

      Benefits were good, Pay was comparable

      Cons

      Toxic environment, Not a lot of support, "not my job" attitude across the enterprise, lacking accountability, too many unnecessary meetings, conference calls, trainings, lack of transparency and communication across the enterprise. Makes doing ones job almost impossible. Too much "red tap."
