      Pros

      Large company with good benefits and yearly bonuses.

      Cons

      Lots of change taking place. Management in transition and merging of utilities in Ontario created lots of employment uncertainty. Still going through that.

      Primary focus is on Safety, Integrity and Respect in everything we do- leadership stands behind those values and it cascades down through the entire company. Positive working environment, with respect for family commitments, flexible work schedules, and overall health and wellness of their employees. Excellent Total Compensation - the overall pay, STIP program, benefits, pension, and stellar program are among the best you can find anywhere. Learning and development is part of their strategic planning. Innovation focused. Enbridge is always striving to be leading edge in everything they do, Strategic focus to ensure the long term success of the company.
