      Strong belief in supporting and growing employees. Also the strongest possible safety culture, both for field and office staff.

      Cons

      Can be relatively slow moving when it comes to embracing new technologies and ways of working. Makes minimal effort to support internal environmental initiatives which are not compliance or safety based.
