Information is focused on the Liquids Pipeline Biz Excellent benefits - 1 day off per month Community focused Safety focused Pay was really good Slashed their US Safety group once the EPA and PHMSA settled over the Marshall MI spill The layoff was a trainwreck in 2015 right before Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Cons

Resources scattered across Canada with the US as the red-headed stepchild. Supervisors don't do their job enforcing policies and procedures. Hierarchy is complex and difficult to understand who to talk with to make change Typical Canadian passive aggressive behaviors with zero accountability

Pros

Ok pay and good benefits, even with recent cuts. Work life balance is good, and it has a positive culture. Extremely safety and respect oriented.

Cons

Decision making has been moved up the chain, even as they pay lip service to pushing it to the lowest appropriate level. Executives are absolutely blind to the optics of their pay decisions, have lavishly rewarded themselves since the merger while being stingy with the rest of the team. The stock price has also been consistently down over the last five years compared to its competitors.

The pay is pretty solid for most employees.

Cons

This place is an absolute joke. The turnover rates are staggering and nobody cares. Al Monaco and the executive leadership wanted to brag to the world that Enbridge is North Americas largest energy infrastructure and all they had to do to make that happen was ruin two great companies and submerge themselves in debt. Enbridge, and Spectra for that matter, used to be a great place to work, and now it isnt. I wish I could be less blunt and say something pleasant but it would be a lie.
