      I can remember my dad telling me when I got hired in 79 that I would be set for life ,and I said I don't know maybe I would try it for a year well 37 yrs later I think maybe he was right world class people ,world class organization

      Great company to work for, the benefits were comparable to other similar sized companies, they had education reimbursement, they did on the job training that was very helpful without interfering with job, the pay was also very comparable to other similar sized companies

      Cons

      I believe the company worked as a whole and little individual attention was given and in turn lots of valuable people were let go or lost.
