Pros

Enbridge is very good with their employees and truly promotes work-life balance. Not to mention they are a very laid back company and sure knows how to get the most from their employees without having to ask. Employees just do it because the company gives back! They are all about Respect, Integrity and Safety.

Cons

Other than I commute 1 hour to work everyday I can't really think of any. Of course it's not all that perfect but I can honestly say that top management are very genuine and makes time for their people, hence they put their employees on top of their priority list.

Amazing culture and work environment, incredibly fair pay, safety conscious.

Cons

Dress code is too formal for my taste. Would have gotten better work done if I felt more relaxed in my own clothes.
