Enbridge is a good place to work!

Pros

Benefits are good. Flex hours and alternate work arrangements are great. Salary seems to be fair. The yearly bonus is great.

Cons

Seems to be inequalities between departments. Morale of the employees is highly dependent on the supervisor and/or managers' attitude and actions so some departments are not very happy while others are.

Pros

Co-workers are great. Good Time Off. Benefits are very reasonable. A flexible work schedule allows you to have every other Friday off work. Company pays for parking or Bus Fare.

Cons

Since the main office is in Houston, and the city is so spread out, the commute to downtown is long and if you drive, very costly. Due to Corporate being in Canada, a culture clash does occur on some policies and procedures.

very hierarchial organization with lot of beurocracy, limited opportunities for career growth, most managers and very narrow-focused and lack leadership qualities.
