The company offers some of the best benefits available to an employee. They do give great options for work life balance.

Cons

In efforts to grow the company, leadership has had to make the difficult decision to cut costs. The cost cutting has resulted in many lay offs and selling assets. The company has sacrificed service quality for what the industry considers the best alternative, outsourcing.
