      The patient care is great, but forget about being respected as an employee.

      Cons

      completely undervalued! disrespected often even if you are going above and beyond star employee for years, never felt job security leadership disconnected and does not know their people/market

      Clean facility, some people care

      Cons

      Leadership are dictators. No evidenced based practice in use. You are not treated like a professional. Super high turnover because of top down leadership structure. Each location does things differently

      Friendly staff and plenty of bonuses if you are a nurse

      Cons

      Corporate keeps expanding but too quickly and not efficient. Cuts hours from staff if census is low but will still give out bonuses to nursing staff
