      Terrible place to work. Not supportive of nurses.

      Pros

      Great co-workers. Good benefits. Having a hard time thinking of anything else that was good there.

      Cons

      Supplies are hard to find. Equipment is broken and never gets fixed (water and ice machines).

      Great place to start your career and learn all about rehab

      Core values and the people I work with are great. Very cohesive team. Very positive energy . Solid benefits. Jean Friday and cookie Friday. Free snacks passed out and available in HR.

      Cons

      Work life balance because of feeling the need to always wanting to participate in the extra committees that require additional work hours on top of an already long day.
