      -overtime is always available -can sign up to work as little as 4hr shifts -some co workers were very helpful - good benefit -make your own schedule

      - extremely short staffed -large patient loads - older facility - late patient assignments - bad mangement - disorganized

      Decent price of employee lunch.

      Cons

      Absolutely no privacy of patients or their medical records. All the medical records office doors are always open. Patient rooms are always open. Incompetent employees are promoted to become dept. directors who don't even have bachelor degrees in their field. Won't recommended this place for treatment or employment.

      Pros

      Great team work! High quality care from all members of the direct patient care team. High ratings from the patients for the Nursing staff. Clean, updated, remodel with private patient rooms makes it comfortable for the patient and the families.

      Cons

      Too many patients per nurse ratio. Not enough training with more difficult patients that were admitted. Promised one thing and delivered another from management. A lot of great ideas but no concrete planning to execute them.
