Pros

Benefits (BCBS Health, Metlife Dental, VSP Vision), reasonable starting pay, strong sense of job security, for home office roles the office is very nice and has a 24/7 gym, cafeteria, nice break room areas, mother suites for pumping, work laptop and cell phone, ability to work remote occasionally

Cons

Typical corporate raises each year of 2% which do not meet inflation, no room for movement up within department, no professional development opportunities, if you work at the home office most of your coworkers will be in their 40's or older and have been in the company for 10+ years so this is only a con if you are younger and looking for coworkers to relate to

Pros

Some coworkers are genuinely supportive and friendly. Schedules offer flexibility, which can be a plus for work-life balance.

Cons

The tech-to-patient ratio is often high, leading to a heavy workload and added stress. Collaboration with some nurses can be challenging; many are unwilling to assist with tasks like answering call lights. There are issues with certain nurses taking extended breaks, sometimes over an hour, which can impact team efficiency. There appears to be favoritism from supervisors towards certain nurses, which affects team morale and creates an uneven work environment.
