Great coworkers, not great salary

Pros

Great coworkers. Caring, knowledgeable, hard working, experienced. Great job training for new grads, staff really helps you learn and don’t just ‘throw you to the wolves’. They share their knowledge. Lots of educational opportunities and can get your hands into a lot of neat things. Diverse patient population.

Cons

Low pay, low salary increases, a lot of paperwork, not a lot of opportunity for advancement.
