Necessary service for patients needing recovery

Cons

Total lack of positive culture, filled with unethical aggressive bosses , no leadership, culture supports profanity, attitude of we are best with no insight regarding need for customer service, no awareness of how their management style and tactics are perceived in the community, high turnover due to utter disrespect of hard working employees and company has no insight on taking action to break negative cycles.
