      April Anthony has successfully set up a company that, when following her tenets, takes care of it's employees. "A Better Way to Care" applies to both patients and employees. My branch director has said, "We just want you to be happy. If you are happy, your patients will be well cared for and they will be happy." I have gotten a day off any time I've put in my request. As long as I make productivity, no one pushes me to work over productivity. OP is my choice if I so choose. This is rare in home health.

      Not sure what's going on with the mileage reimbursement. My actual miles are not being reimbursed or counted towards earning company car.
