      Pros

      There are a few great coworkers and a few amazing charge nurses! 2 out 5 people that work there are wonderful!

      Cons

      Management can never give you positive feedback. Selling your soul in that building is never enough!! The feedback that you will get completely demoralizes you and makes you feel as if you're 7 years old. 9-11 patients is too much!!!!! 8-10 on days!!! The environment is toxic!

      Pros

      Good insurance , large stable company with good PTO program. Company is agressively growing and aquiring smaller companies.

      Cons

      Very low staffing grid for clinical staff...very high ratio of managers. Bottom line is first, patients next...staff last.

      Pros

      Mostly great co workers and one great supervisor. Benefits ok but expensive. Variety of patients. Patients and family acknowledged good work usually.

      Cons

      Upper management, under staffed, no appreciation for anyone. Selfish, dirty facility. Always apologizing for being under staffed but never hiring anyone or letting people go just because they don't like them regardless of work ethic. Never any recognition by upper management. Laziness from the wrong people. Full of drama. The list is long
