      Fantastic pay, frequent opportunities for bonuses, lots of good med/surg experience for new nurses

      Cons

      supervisors never take your side, patients can be really rude & expect nurses to bend over backward for them, short-staffed, they give RNs a lot to do in a 8-12 hour shift, unrealistic expectations
