      Staff was great, pay was better than most hospitals

      Cons

      The nurse to patient ratio was high. Management had unrealistic work expectations.

      Pros

      The coworkers are amazing. I have never worked somewhere where I got along with everyone, and everybody was so helpful.

      Cons

      They are a rehabilitation center but there are far too many patients there that shouldn't be. Hospice patients that are unable to get better and its heartbreaking. No for sure hours either. They call you day of to cancel your shift.
