      Plenty of opportunities for CEU, supportive HR and management staff, small community feel (more because of the location than company), larger network of staff (therapist and nursing)

      Productivity standards, large corporate decision making that doesn't necessarily fit individual medical facilities

      Friendly therapy staff was friendly and easy to get along with. Management was understanding and helpful in PTO and other issues.

      Corporate pressure was sometimes a little stressful with patient management and things outside your control

      Great work culture that emphasizes work/family balance. Would recommend to anyone.

      I can only speak for my experience at my location. It is my understanding that not all locations have this same atmosphere, so definitely research the particular location you're looking at.
