      Generous orientation, good co-workers

      Cons

      too high rn to patient ratios unable to provide nursing care in a safe manner, forced to cut corners to survive then told not to stay late, seems they care much more about scores on reviews and making things look good i.e., charting but not about patient safety. Every day they try to give us more and more patients

      The employees are easy to get along with.

      Administration (CEO, etc.) is very controlling, micro-manages, cliquish, and does not like change. Administration does not really appreciate the people who work hard, only those who are a "yes" employee.

      The patients are the main reason I there . There are some good coworkers.

      Management don't look out for their employees. Polices are always changing. equipment and some bed need to be replaced. Place is dirty
