      Great support by therapy department. I had good access to resources, and saw a variety of disorders.

      I would have liked to have the opportunity to work with multiple therapists to gain other perspectives.

      Pros

      HS is huge company but their management feels very "local" - I don't have to work under too many top-down bureaucratic rules. They have been supportive of my interest in professional development and I've noticed a lot of colleagues improving their education/skills and moving up the ladder.

      Cons

      Administrative staff pay seems low.
