Free meals depending on the property you are based at. Starting pay is decent for role. Co-workers are great, but it depends on the property.

Cons

Management seems to sometimes lack the understanding of how long things take to do or how many people it takes to do it. Again, depending on the property the equipment is crap or poorly maintained, but put it out on the floor and make it work anyways kind of attitude is rough when clients are complaining about stuff not working. They really need to invest in better equipment, or just take better care of what they have.
