There are multiple people that are manager, directors, VP's that shouldn't be. They aren't qualified and aren't effective. For a company that says they have a "start up mentality" everything takes forever to get done.
Supportive Culture that gives each employee the room to grow, explore and make an impact in their field of expertise. Annually there is a Tech Summit held in San Diego where everybody is free to give talks on current projects or exciting new technologies. There is also a very flexible policy around remote work. The company is currently experience a very nice upward trajectory and the current projects and apps being built are vitally important in maintaining positive momentum. 401k with 100% matching up to 4% contributed. Health insurance is mostly covered by the company. Transparent and highly supportive Executive team.
