Pros

The company offers unlimited PTO and a good work-life balance.

Cons

There are multiple people that are manager, directors, VP's that shouldn't be. They aren't qualified and aren't effective. For a company that says they have a "start up mentality" everything takes forever to get done.

Pros

Working at NRCCUA has been great. The teams are open to collaboration and they'll go the extra mile to help you out.

Cons

Many of the employees are remote. Wish there was one employee communication system and that everyone had to use.

Pros

Supportive Culture that gives each employee the room to grow, explore and make an impact in their field of expertise. Annually there is a Tech Summit held in San Diego where everybody is free to give talks on current projects or exciting new technologies. There is also a very flexible policy around remote work. The company is currently experience a very nice upward trajectory and the current projects and apps being built are vitally important in maintaining positive momentum. 401k with 100% matching up to 4% contributed. Health insurance is mostly covered by the company. Transparent and highly supportive Executive team.

Cons

No yearly bonus / RSU that many fortune 500 companies have. Office space is kind of wonky in Austin office.
