Great benefits and generous time off.

If you worked for Motorists previously, you are looked down upon. Positions that are open seem to be filled with non-Motorists people as well, regardless of how long you have been there, or your expertise in a subject. Management is toxic and top-heavy, and very outdated in thinking. So many people have left in the last few years, it’s no surprise.

Our recently established Culture Playbook and required organization-wide training to promote culture demonstrate the desire to continuously improve the work experience for all associates. We also continue to experience much lower turnover than the national average. If associates have culture-related concerns, we encourage them to talk to their manager or Human Resources.
