Pros

Benefits, salary and vacation are generous. The company values education and has an amazing program for designations.

Cons

At times the workload can be a little heavy, but that happens anywhere in this business. Even when the workload is heavy, leadership is understanding and you are never micromanaged

Thank you for your review! We're glad you've experienced our culture shift as we adopt and execute our culture playbook. We are rolling out Microsoft Teams in August 2022, and research shows successful adoption of Microsoft Teams can improve collaboration across an organization. We also encourage you to talk with your manager or Human Resources about concerns with communication in your department.

Pros

-Good benefits -Good people -Some flexibility depending on your manager

Cons

-Low salaries -They are “focusing on diversity” but there’s almost no diversity on the executive team -Very little willingness to change / be innovative -The focus on expenses and reducing headcount is causing burnout

Thank you for your review. We regularly review our salary structure at both the national and regional levels and adjust to stay aligned with the market. If you have concerns about your compensation, career path or workload, we encourage you to talk to your manager. We agree that while we are vocal about our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, our actions need to reflect that commitment by looking for opportunities to hire associates of all races, ethnicities and genders at all levels. We are making efforts to improve our diversity recruiting by contracting with diversityjobs.com. This connects us to HBCUs and automatically posts our open positions to diverse job boards and websites that target Black, Latino, Asian, Native American, LGBTQ+, women and veteran jobseekers, as well as those with disabilities.
