Pros

Most of the rank and file employees are there for the patients. They work as a team across all departments to make sure the patients get the best care possible.

Cons

Since Elmhurst and NorthShore merged things have completely fallen apart. The Elmhurst nurses made less than the NothShore nurses (which makes sense based on cost of living). So, once they merged they had to make the nurses pay be equitable across the system. So, did Elmhurst get their raises? No. The opposite. NorthShore nurses say their pay decreased. Prior to coming to Endeavor I had 30 years of healthcare experience and over 10 doing the job I applied for. They offered me a pittance over what they pay new grads.
