      Friendly staff and an extensive training before putting you on the call lines. Its a lot of work to be able to handle the volume of calls and properly document what's necessary.

      Cons

      Rude customers whom don't understand that we have procedures to follow. Low pay for the work you do.

      This place is a disaster since the merger. All the long time employees have fled the scene. Executive management has made doing quality work impossible and honestly not even desirable.
