      - best coworkers - management is stricter on the floors than ER - our manager is the best - we always get the schedule we want

      - pay is not good enough - understaff a lot of the time - ER waiting room is usually 20-30 people - Need more doctors and pods to open up overnight to get the waiting room to move faster
