Being a mid-sized company, Endpoint has certainly been the place to grow along with the organization. You get to meet the top most level employees which is not possible in most of the other companies. Work culture is awesome with tremendous flexibility. You can move into different roles if you fit in and management supports it really well.

Cons

You will be busy throughout the year :)
