Exciting work and challenges, cool projects, fast paced environment, friendly and inspiring smart multinational people to work with, good relationships amongst staff, great office location. Working at EnduroSat always makes feeling of being part of something big. Good interactions with top and middle management. Full support and encourage of top management to proceed with quality-focused culture in all aspects and following world class best-practices for operations and quality management.

Pros

EnduroSat has a positive and appreciative working atmosphere. There is a vision for the future and the products make a solid technical impression. The processes are more professional than in a startup, but not yet as slow as in a large company. The topics are of course extremely exciting!

Cons

There is a lot of work (which is interesting though). The company is currently growing strongly, which is certainly a challenge.
