Don't introduce new policies that restrict employee freedom just because the company is growing. Restrictions bring mediocre results.

- Exciting tech and prospects: welcome to the future - Fast growing company, adds purpose to ones efforts - Friendly, no nonsense environment and helpful colleagues - Free beverages, fruits and breakfast (once a week) - Decent hardware, multiple monitors available for more workspace - Office is nice and clean, desks are big and electrically adjustable

Cons

- Company is rapidly expanding and certain inconveniences come with that (like lack of parking spots for newcomers) - Bulgarian office in Sofia could be at a better location; then again, could be far worse as well - On-premise policy does affect work-to-life balance, primarily in commuting - Workflows and collaboration across teams could be improved
