Pros

EnduroSat has a positive and appreciative working atmosphere. There is a vision for the future and the products make a solid technical impression. The processes are more professional than in a startup, but not yet as slow as in a large company. The topics are of course extremely exciting!

Cons

There is a lot of work (which is interesting though). The company is currently growing strongly, which is certainly a challenge.

Great team, challenging projects, opportunity to grow in many fields, nice office, free fruits and coffee, nice breakfast on Thursdays, football on Wednesdays, free trainings of your choice

Cons

Not enough parking spots in the company garage, not many teambuildings, No pets allowed in the office.

Pros

I never dreamed to work on space tech, but here I am doing something really special and unique. I have to admit I`m quite excited that I have a chance to put my knowledge and skills into developing state of the art technology and to see how products that have my ideas implemented are actually going to space.

Cons

I currently don`t see any disadvantages in my work for Endurosat. Most of all, I am really happy with the team work.
