      Company offers full health plans to even part-time workers and hours are really flexible to work with school schedules.

      None. Totally unethical. I seriously got an email "inviting" me to post a review on Glassdoor and Indeed saying how great the company was. Don't believe any of the good reviews about this company since they only ask employees they "think" will say good things about them to post reviews to boost their overall company rating on Glassdoor. Just a deceptive way to trick you into coming to work for them. This is just one example of the dishonest lengths they go to attract top talent. Problem is they can't keep top talent and nearly half my department has left to work elsewhere. As soon as I find a new job I will be out of here.

      Cons

      They literally do the opposite of their guiding principles. Horrible culture. Don't give a crap about their people. Worst part is they actually congratulate themselves on how wonderful they are and how happy their employees are. Completely out of touch with the reality. This place may not have bars on the windows, but it might as well since it is like a prison with the "guards" always watching.

      Laid back environment, no micro managing

      Cons

      People are heavily favorited, super strict background check and if they can't get ahold of your previous employers, you'll be fired even after you've been there for a year
