Great company with lots of opportunities for advancement and competitive salaries! I worked for this company in the lending department for over 5 years and if my personal interest was in the banking industry I would gladly still be there. Their Management is interested in employees' personal growth and if you work hard they see to it that you are rewarded. I worked here while pursuing my Bachelors degree and they were very flexible with my schedule. I was also able to take advantage of their generous tuition reimbursement program that really helped out with tuition.

Cons

Weekends tend to get pretty busy, but that's the nature of the home improvement industry. Not really a con though because they pay employees a weekend premium.

I had a great team and the company was growing fast.

Cons

I gave more than 2 weeks notice. HR messed up and payed me 2 paychecsk after I left. Had to send a check. I'm sure it messed up my taxes. You will not get paid out any unused PTO.

Favoritism seemed to be an issue at times, working weekends was frustrating due to lack of facilities working (i.e. air conditioning, heat, etc. was turned off on weekends). Lack of staff to work on Sunday, and management didn't seem interested in recruiting more employees to help out on Sunday.
