Pros

ability to work remote (Mon. Wed. Fri.) 401K Match Tuition reimbursement for business related majors.

Cons

I was hired and told i would make "life changing money" within a year or two of my hiring. It was not true. In fact i have yet to see anyone in my position be promoted. This is the only sales job I've ever heard of that doesn't offer commission or bonuses of any kind. The salary is bad for the SLC area and the biggest raise you can get a year is 4% if you're lucky. Manager complains about "millennials" and how they only care about money when asked about promotions that were promised. Went out of their way to hire a new manager with no sales experience so they wouldn't have to deal with questions about promotions anymore. You're just a number to your managers. As an excuse to not promote anyone, they instituted a degree requirement for promotion that was not present when I was hired. Upper management is so disorganized you'll be lost in the shuffle.

Not a great culture

Pros

Growing company, opportunities to learn within field, yearly bonus

Cons

I did not like the culture here. Definitely a typical corporate environment where you’re seen as an employee more than a person with a life. The sales/marketing/training department is led by all white men and the quickest way to a promotion is hanging out with the guys. My manager did not give credit for the work I had done and rarely showed appreciation.
