Pros

Company truly does care about employee improvement and grow as well as helping achieve career path goals. Revamped employee retention efforts 2 years ago with good efforts.

Cons

Company runs very lean for the volume of business, which challenges management and employees to focus on efficiency, process, and productivity. Often times this can present unnecessary levels of stress, however, the team approach always seems to pull together and get things done.

Flex spending, co-workers at location and orher locations ( international and international. More support from other locations then from "BRANCH MANAGER, SERVICE MANAGER, Bay Area Supervisor".. Loved my job, because I knew what I was doing.

POOR management all the way around. They blame things that go wrong on anyone but themselves...
