Pros
Was a good stable company to work for. Benefits were decent, PTO fair, pay was okay.
Cons
No one is on the same page at the top. They say one thing but do another. They are more focused on dollars than people and the planning is abysmal. There is a real lack of experience and too much arrogance at the top that the organization is all over the place. No one is on the same page, they left so many people by looking at a $ number they wanted to get to and no focus on the effects of who they were letting go and how their departure would effect the function of the business. People are now totally over worked with no end it site, the company is all over the place, silos worse than ever, and to make matters worse this American company is going to start buying products from China verses creating them here. Likely more jobs will be lost because of it.
