Great co-workers. great benefits, nice perks

Cons

Terrible management, lack of direction, management does not recognize the right people. I’ve seen sales, administrative workers and field staff ignored but upper managers only recognize each other.

Some great technicians and coworkers that can make it all worth it. Easy roll to get into if you aren’t in the industry already.

Cons

Can be pretty emotionally draining when customers are upset over the phone and solutions are out of your immediate hands. Some season changes can be very busy, and you may end up doing overtime because of it
