      lots of freedom to get your work done well maintained fleet provides everything you need to do your job great benefits great pay It really is a great place to work if your looking to do Residential HVAC

      Sales environment and oriented, while they never explicitly say you need to sell all team meetings and communications a geared to selling more products. little to no room for advancement, all techs make the same pay regardless of their competency,

      Pros

      Good people you will work with daily, company pays kilometers travel and tools.

      Cons

      Upper and middle management is a mess, they distrust everyone below them, they are extremely cheap when it comes to company events, good luck getting a decent raise that even reaches inflation rate.

      Guaranteed 40hrs a week, Great team to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management not to be trusted. They changed the team reward system, not telling the employees that you have to sell a furnace otherwise no team reward. HVAC not my field of expertise. Company increases dividends for share holders but short change their employees. Why go the extra mile for the company.
