Pretty decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Legal department thinks they are smarter than all people, including clients. You can't trust the HR department. If you have a complaint against any of the management, they will tell them and then have you fired.

- Good compensation (Pay and Benefits) - Great people to work with - Growing company

Cons

- At times, they seem to be stuck in the middle. Try to act like a "BIG" company but "SMALL Budget". This results in great ideas and intentions but poor execution due to lack of resources - Very poor IT Team. IT team needs a culture and leadership team overhaul. They are good people, but have been there for too long and are out of touch with today's technologies.
