      Pros

      Great career growth opportunities, excellent benefits and compensation, and an amazing work environment. The employee recognition program keeps the fuel running and stay motivated in my work! I am a firm believer of giving back to the community and Enercare's newly introduced social responsibility program helps us take care of families in the community. Great managers and a strong leadership team!

      There is not anything I can think of. The company constantly strives to do better for its employees and customers.

      Pros

      -- Great starting pay (contract) usually 18$ an hour -- Easy to move to full time + benefits and incentives, regular raises -- Last Wednesday of every month is Ice Cream Wednesday -- No weekend hours -- Quarterly bonus depends on each individual meeting targets

      Cons

      -- Poor management, difficult to speak to, little to no sympathy/empathy, not flexible in any way. -- Training is hit or miss (and micromanaged by the poor management) -- Can be stressful in call center environment (due to irate customers) -- Extremely strict on punctuality -- Most cons would disappear with the dismissal of one particular member of management. -- extremely few advancement opportunities
