Pros

Enercon has great people who care about their team. Ideas are listened to and they want their people to succeed. There is continuous plans for growth in the company across all divisions with no plans for that to end!

Cons

Communication sometimes needs to be clearer to everyone in the organization. Currently is being delegated from senior leaders to upper management

Pros

Enercon offers a Hyber Work Schedule after 90 days of employment as well as an Alternate Work Schedule. Everyone is friendly, and is easy to work with. They are very involved in the community and offer a lot of activities for employees. Awesome Break Rooms that include premium coffee makers with the fixings, games, and ping pong rooms to encourage team work. Benefits are competitive as well.

Cons

Enercon is growing and with that always comes some growing pains.
