They have an excellent ESOP and it has a excellent return as long as you are wanting to be with the company for the long haul.

Cons

Enercon is slow in moving into new engineering enterprises to keep all offices a float.

Compensation above average, alternate work schedule

Cons

Company is losing market share in already shrinking markets. Attempts to diversify have not succeeded. Nearly all profits still from nuclear industry. As pressure grows to complete projects within dwindling budgets, the likelihood of errors and reduction in quality increase. Upper management focused primarily on profits and share price; not especially concerned with quality of work.
